Mills County Arrest Report

(Mills Co.) A Malvern man was arrested on multiple charges last week.

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Nicholas James Gragg was arrested on March 9^th for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft 5^th Degree, Interference with Official Acts, and Child Endangerment.

The Sheriff’s Office also reports Jennifer Marie Pickle, 29, of Glenwood, was arrested on March 9^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Child Endangerment.

Alana Joleen Gerhart, 19, of Pacific Junction, was arrested on March 9^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Nicholas James Bonacci, 35, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on March 10^th for Contempt – Resister Court Order.

Cedric Jerome King, 62, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on March 10^th for Unauthorized Use of Credit Card.

Aaron Michael Lacy, 48, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested on March 11^th for Theft 1^st Degree.

Alfred James Hutchings, 30, of Shenandoah, was arrested on March 11^th for Assault with Intent – Serious Injury.

Paige Rae Wooley, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on March 12^th for two counts of Violation of Probation.

Jeffery Richard Paper, 64, of Emerson, was arrested on March 13^th on an out of county/state warrant.
