Work release escape of Tyreed Small

(Des Moines) Tyreed Davon Small, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines – Bldg. 70 as required on Friday, March 6, 2026.

Small is a 26-year-old, 6’2″, 248-pound Black male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Feb. 27, 2026.

Persons with information on Small’s whereabouts should contact local police.
