(Red Oak) A Montgomery County man is in custody in Cass County following his arrest early this morning.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Randon Daniel Phelps of Red Oak at around 12:26 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, near the intersection of Highway 34 and Highway 48.
Authorities took Phelps into custody on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana, 2nd offense. Phelps was turned over to Cass County Deputies and is currently being held in the Cass County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
