(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie county Board of Supervisors approved a resolution regarding perpetual and temporary easements of the Pottawattamie County Secondary Roads Maintenance Facility located 25103 Railroad Highway in the City of Underwood.
County Engineer Andy Wicks explains….
Wicks said he talked to the foreman who is charge of that shop and confirmed that giving up that land will not inhibit their ability to operate out of the Underwood facility.
The agreement also states that the City shall be responsible for any and all damages which may result to Property Owner’s drain tiles, drives, fencing, landscaping, or other improvements located on the described real estate.
