(Creston) Two people were taken into custody on drug-related charges, and another faces assault charges in a separate case.
On Tuesday, Creston Police Officers arrested 36-year-old Erika Tamayo, of Creston, at her residence for assault. Authorities cited Tamayo and released her on a Promise to Appear.
Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Caleb Menefee of Lenox, Iowa, and 18-year-old Dawson Zane McMullen of Murray, Iowa, at McKinley Park for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both men were cited and released on a promise to appear in court.
