Two OWI Arrests Reported in Cass County

(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two Operating While Intoxicated arrests.

Louie Mitchell Hahn, 62, of Atlantic, was arrested on February 12^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Logan Daniel Calkins, 25, of Corning, was arrested on February 17^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Both individuals were transported to the Cass County Jail where they were booked and later released on their own recognizance.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
