(Diagonal) Grant Petty, Talia Hoover, and Lily Willrich led the Atlantic High School Archery team to a second-place finish at the Diagonal Shootout on Saturday. The Trojans shot a team total 3238. Valley won the team title with a 3319. Nodaway Valley finished third with 3235, East Union, fourth, 3169, Creston, fifth, 3096, and Murry, sixth, 2947.
Petty finished fourth in the boy’s division with a 284. Hoover shot a 276, and Willrich, 275, to finish eighth, and ninth respectively. The Atlantic Middle school finished sixth out of eight teams with a 2961.
