(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 56-year-old Donna Jean Kimball, of Creston, on Thursday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). Kimball was taken to the Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $1,300 cash or surety was posted.
Creston Police cited 18-year-old Adrian Michael Lillie, of Creston, on Thursday for Driving While Barred. Lillie was released on a promise to appear.
