(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports two arrests and two citations.
Nathaniel Riesberg, 28, of Atlantic, was arrested on January 30th for OWI 2nd Offense. Riesberg was also cited with Failure to Maintain Control, Use of an Electronic Device, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability Insurance.
Ricky Pankonen, 24, of Anita, was arrested on February 1st for OWI 1st Offense.
Cherese Smith, 51, of Atlantic, was cited into court and released on January 31st for a charge of Theft 5th Degree (shoplifting).
Sidney Redler, 27 of Atlantic, was cited and released on February 2nd for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was also cited for Driving While License Under Suspension, No Financial Liability, and Failure to Maintain Registration.
