The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union has released its basketball rankings for week #9.
No changes in the top 8 for Class 1A — Newell Fonda is #1 followed by Bishop Garrigan and St. Albert. Exira EHK is still #7. Coon Rapids Bayard entered the rankings at #14.
No changes in the top 7 for Class 2A — Rock Valley is #1; Treynor is #6, Riverside is #7. Nodaway Valley dropped out after losing to Earlham and the Cardinals move in at #15.
Maquoketa is still #1 in 3A, Clear Creek Amana #1 in 4A and Johnston #1 in 5A.
