(Adair Co.) The Adair County Board of Supervisors set a public hearing date on a change of service and vacation of a portion of 350th Street.
Adair County Engineer Nick Kauffman explained that part of the roadway, just off of White Pole Road east of Stuart, would be changed to Level B and another portion would be vacated. A public hearing will be held jointly with the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, March 3rd. The hearing on the change of service is at 9:15 a.m. and the hearing on vacating a portion of 350th Street is at 9:20 a.m.
In other news, the Supervisors approved signing the contract and performance bond for the OEC paving project and signing the front page plans for the FY26 FM granular surfacing plans.
