Police Arrest 2 People on Disorderly Conduct and Child Endangerment Charges

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police took two people into custody on Tuesday following an incident in the 1600 block of E. Summit Street. Police arrested 29-year-old Tylea Lynn Barnes and 26-year-old Jeffrey Arnold for disorderly conduct-loud noise and two counts of child endangerment. Officers transported Barnes and Arnold to the Montgomery County Jail and held them on $2,000 bond.
