(Adams Co) A Corning man was arrested on drug, grooming and other charges after Deputies executed a search warrant at 807 6th Street in Corning on Wednesday.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office said 68-year-old Phillip Bassett was charged with distribution of a controlled substance to a person under age 18, ongoing criminal conduct, solicitation of prostitution, keeping a premises for controlled substance use, enticing a minor under 16 years old, and grooming.
Bassett was transported to the Adams County Jail.
In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Huerta, 40, of Clarinda, on January 22nd on an Adams County warrant for Violation of Probation.
David Yazell, 42, of Corning, was arrested on January 6th on an active Adams County warrant for Failure to Appear.
