(Cass Co.) Three people were arrested on drug charges in Cass County.
Gunner Michael Namanny, 19, of Anita, turned himself in on January 8th on an active Cass County Sheriff’s warrant for Possession-Marijuana 1st, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Namanny was booked into the Cass County Jail where he was later released on bond.
Randon Daniel Phelps, 40, of Red Oak, was arrested on January 8th for Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Phelps was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
David Paul Wallace, 48, of Des Moines, was arrested on January 14th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wallace was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and later released after he pled guilty.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
