(Avoca) The AHSTW Community School District is alerting families after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle in Avoca during morning bus routes.
According to the district, a black SUV or Jeep was reportedly driving through the community this morning, with the activity first noted near the Trinity Lutheran Church bus stop. School officials were notified and contacted law enforcement, who are aware of the situation.
The district is asking students, parents, and community members to remain aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious activity directly to law enforcement.
