(Red Oak) Police arrested 29-year-old Dakota James LeRoy Petty of Red Oak at around 2:15 a.m. in the 200 block of E. Oak Street, in Red Oak for OWI, 1st offense. Officers transported Petty to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond.
