(Undated) Atlantic alumnus and entrepreneur Zach Stork has partnered with wrestling legend Cael Sanderson to bring a healthier nutrition option to the wrestling community.
Zach Stork, the owner and CEO of CRT Digital Solutions, along with Undefeated Sports Nutrition—also known as Cael’s Cookie—is launching a new line of health-focused cookies with Penn State Head Wrestling Coach Cael Sanderson.
Stork explains that Sanderson originally co-founded the cookie concept back in 2003-2004, aiming to create a product that provided quality calories for wrestlers without the chemically processed bars and unhealthy additives. Until now, however, the product had never been commercially available.
Having wrestled for Atlantic and Grand View University, Stork says he understands firsthand the challenges of cutting weight and fueling properly for competition.
Stork also describes Sanderson as a down-to-earth coach, making the partnership a natural fit.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Stork says his company has become deeply involved in the venture and has taken significant ownership in the operation.
Stork believes there is a significant gap in the nutrition market—especially for high school wrestlers. He says improper weight cutting and poor refueling can directly impact performance on the mat. Stork is excited about the product’s launch and hopes it will make a positive difference for wrestlers at every level.
