(Des Moines) The National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog Advisory for western Iowa until 9:00 a.m. on Friday. The forecast is for visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less in dense fog. Low visibility could make driving difficult. Slow down while driving, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
