Pottawattamie County Supervisors Set Public Hearing Date for Budget Amendment

(Pottawattamie Co) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors set a public hearing date on a budget amendment for FY25-26.

Becky Lenihan, Tax & Finance Officer with the Auditor’s Office, explained…

The public hearing is set for January 13th at 10:00 a.m.

The Board then approved a resolution for transfer from the General Fund to Capital Projects Fund.

The Supervisors also approved implementing the TextMyGov service to increase communication and transparency with Pottawattamie County citizens. The annual cost of the service is $9,000, plus a one time set up fee of $4,000.
