(Adel) Leiah Thomas, and Haley Armstrong won individual titles at the Raccoon River Girls Wrestling Tournament at Adel on Saturday. Thomas now 20-2 on the season had three pins one Tech Fall for the title at (155). Haley Armstrong remains undefeated now 19-0 with three pins, on her way to the championship. Josephine Miller (170) finished in fifth place, and Faithlynn Scholl was eighth. Raccoon River dominated the team portion of the tournament with 291 points, along with eight individual titles. Carlisle had a good showing with 210 points, and two individual titles. Pleasantville finished third with 83 points, PCM, fourth, 83, Atlantic and Des Moines Public Schools, tied for fifth with 71.5 points.
