(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody on two Montgomery County arrest warrants.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 40-year-old Michael Lee Lafollette in the 100 block of W. Coolbaugh Street in Red Oak on Tuesday evening.
The first warrant is for failure to appear on an original third-offense trespassing charge. The second warrant was for failure to appear on original charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a no-contact/protective order, and contempt.
Lafollette is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
