Pottawattamie County Woman arrested on Drug Charges in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Council Bluffs woman on Wednesday afternoon on a drug possession warrant.

Deputies arrested 44-year-old Heather S. Caddell at around 3:10 p.m. on the charge of possession of Methamphetamine, 1st offense. Authorities transported Caddell to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $5,000 bond.
