(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department released its arrest report on Friday, December 5. The report lists five arrests from November 21 through December 3.
The lists of arrests are posted below: All subjects were arrested and taken to the Cass County jail:
*11/22/2025-Patrick Lockard, 35 of Atlantic, OWI 2nd Offense.
*11/24/2025-Renson Berdon, 33 of Atlantic, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent behavior.
*11/27/2025-Renson Berson, 33 of Atlantic, Public Intoxication
*12/2/2025-Tristan Stevens, 28 of Audubon, was arrested on a Cass County Warrant for Driving While Barred.
*12/3/2025-Nathan Frazier, 32 of Atlantic, Harassment 3rd Degree. (2 counts)
On 11/21/22- Reybert Aguilar, 33 of Atlantic, was cited into court for a Theft 3rd Degree. (Shoplifting)
