(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests in its latest arrest report, including a Des Moines resident.
On Saturday, the Iowa State Patrol arrested 29-year-old Floriberto Zurito Cortes in Stuart, Iowa, on a Polk County warrant for possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while under the influence. Cortes was taken to the Adair County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond. Additionally, Cortez is held on an Immigration/ICE detainer and arrest warrant.
On November 26, as a result of an investigation, Adair County Deputies arrested 24-year-old Kaitlyn Marie Hess, of Stuart, for Domestic Abuse Assault, causing bodily injury/1st offense. Hess posted bond the following day.
On November 26, a traffic stop led to the arrest of 19-year-old Rylan Joseph Faust, of Dexter. Authorities stopped Faust just outside of Greenfield for speeding and an equipment malfunction. Deputies cited Faust for driving with a revoked license. Additionally, a deputy issued him a written warning for speeding and equipment violations and released him at the scene.
