(Des Moines) Roads are mostly clear across Iowa this morning. There are a few exceptions. Interstate 29 from Council Bluffs south to the Missouri State line is partially covered with snow and ice. Highway 148 from Highway 34 to Highway 92 is partially covered with snow and ice. Highway 25 from the Missouri line to Interstate 80 is partially covered with snow this morning.
