(Audubon) The Audubon County Secondary Roads Department says that when the snow tapers off, winds are forecast to pick up, reducing visibility and making travel difficult.
According to the Department’s report on social, the plan as of right now is as follows:
Plows will be out on hard-surface roads today at a time yet to be determined, based on snowfall and wind. Graders will not go out on gravel roads until the wind stops blowing snow, which could be as late as Monday morning.
The Department will monitor this system as it moves through and react as quickly as possible once we can.
