(Atlantic) A local teen is putting on an Adopt a Veteran program for the fourth year in a row.
Caden Frieze said drop boxes are located at Tractor Supply, Rolling Hills Bank, Cappels, Atlantic Ag and Auto, Rolling Hills Bank in Atlantic and Griswold, and Houghton State Bank in Griswold. He said all you need to do is grab a bag from the box, fill it with the suggested items and return the bag to the drop box. The bag includes information on the veterans branch of service and different items they like or need. If you cannot return the bag to the drop box, there is contact information available to have it picked up.
Caden Frieze has a history of doing projects to help out the veterans.
The Adopt a Veteran program will wrap up on December 7th.
