Pottawattamie Supervisors Approve $500 to Support Amicus Brief in Carbon Pipeline Case

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Supervisors approved an ISAC request for $500 in financial support for an amicus brief in the case of Courser v. Shelby County.

Chairman Brian Shea said this has to do with the carbon pipeline and eminent domain.

Supervisor Susan Miller…

The Supervisors voted three to one to approve the $500 contribution. Tim Wichman cast the lone Nay vote.
