(Palo Alto Co.) One person was killed and three others were injured in an accident in Palo Alto County on November 21st.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 5:24 p.m. on B55, east of Highway 4. A 2006 Infiniti M45 was parked in the travel portion of the road facing east. A 2008 Chrysler Town and Country van was parked in the travel portion of the road facing west. Both drivers were outside of their vehicles at the time of the collision. A 2015 Dodge Ram, driven by 21-year-old Austin Ryan Stokes of Mallard, was eastbound on B55 when he struck the Infiniti, causing the Infiniti to strike the van.
The driver of the Infiniti, 35-year-old Jamee Lynn Weber of West Bend, suffered fatal injuries.
Austin Ryan Stokes was transported to the Palo Alto Hospital by personal vehicle.
Carol Ann Harding, 64, of West Bend, and Tyler Joseph Weber, 35, of West Bend, were transported by Palo Alto Ambulance to the Palo Alto Hospital.
