(Griswold, IA) — Griswold CSD has received a grant from the Iowa Farm to School program in the amount of $11,407. Superintendent Dave Henrichs says the money will be used in two different ways
Henrichs also reported at this week’s school board meeting that Griswold schools will get a refund of money they have paid from their gas bill through a co-op
Henrichs announced two new hires to the Griswold CSD — Mindy Paige as an assistant girls wrestling coach and Mason Anstey as a volunteer E Sports coach. The school board also approved the special education delivery plan which is reviewed every 5 years — the purpose is to make sure all special ed students receive all the services they require. The board also cast their ballot for AEA Director District 2 in support of John Gans, out of Red Oak.
