(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people on assault and other charges on Tuesday.
At around 8:12 p.m., Police arrested 39-year-old Joshua Zachery Mohr, of Bellevue, Iowa, at 1303 W. Mills Street for domestic abuse assault, first offense, causing bodily injury. Authorities transported Mohr to the Union County Jail and held him without bond pending a court appearance.
At around 6:06 p.m., Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Taylor Dawn Flemming of Creston at the intersection of Summit and Chestnut. Flemming is charged with disorderly conduct for loud raucous noise, violation of a no-contact order, and second-degree harassment for threatening bodily injury. Officers transported Flemming to the Ringgold County Jail and held her without bond pending a court appearance.
