(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 19-year-old Gunner Michael Namanny in the Southwestern Community College parking lot early this morning. Namanny was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, OWI 2nd Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
