(Adair Co.) A Creston man was arrested on an Adair County warrant for Stalking – Using Technological Device, and Harassment 1st Degree. The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old James Alan Davis was taken into custody on October 27th at the Union County Jail. He was held on $5,000 bond. The stalking and harassment took place between July 9 and August 1, 2025.
