(Harlan) The annual Harvest Fest event will take place in Harlan Saturday.
Todd Valline, Executive Director of Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, spoke to the Harlan City Council on Tuesday about the festivities.
The candy walk around the square starts at 1:00 and the event will wrap up around 2:00 p.m.
