(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Julia Marie Sheler, 31, of Massena, was arrested on October 20th for Domestic Abuse Assault-2nd Offense. Sheler was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on bond.
Miles Blake Cooley, 40, of Anita, was arrested on October 17th on the charge of Driving While Barred. Cooley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
