(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested one person on drug-related charges and another individual for harassment.
Deputies arrested 40-year-old Joshua James Stevens of Denver, Colorado, late Monday night in the 400 block of Thorn Street in Stanton for 2nd–degree harassment. Stevens was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
Early this morning, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Highway 34, which led to the arrest of 63-year-old Timothy Brian Housh of Red Oak. Deputies transported Housh to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $300.00 bond.
The Montgomery County K-9 unit assisted in the arrest.
