(Atlantic) – Senior co-captain Jayci Reed has been named the KS 95.7 Armour Insurance Trojan Athlete of the Week following a standout performance on the volleyball court. Last week, the Trojans delivered a dominant home win over Harlan, sweeping the match in three straight sets: 25-15, 25-16, and 25-18.
Reed played a crucial role in the victory, contributing seven kills and four digs. Beyond the stats, her energy and leadership on the court helped ignite the team’s momentum and maintain their intensity throughout the match.
Reed gives a shout-out to setters Zoey Kirchhoff and Peyton McLaren for their contributions to the team.
Reed understands her role as a team captain.
The Trojans compete at the CAM Tournament on Saturday, travel to Exira/EHK on October 13, and round out the regular season with a home game against St. Albert on October 16.
