(Clarinda) The Clarinda Police Department and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are issuing an Endangered Person Advisory for 58-year-old Andrew Bell.
Andrew Bell was reported missing on September 24th and was last seen at around 7:30 p.m. leaving Casey’s General Store in Clarinda. He may be traveling in a brown 2014 Kia Forte 4-Door, South Carolina license plate 742-AQT.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Andrew Bell is asked to contact the Clarinda Police Department at 712-542-2194 or call your local law enforcement agency.
Andrew Bell is 5’6”, 165 lbs, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing Khaki pants, nylon suspenders, and gray slip-on Sketchers.
