(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Morgan Kay Leeder, 34, of Lewis, was arrested on September 20th on the charge of Child Endangerment. Leeder was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Stephanie Kaye Holste, 37, of Atlantic, was arrested on September 21st for OWI-1st Offense and Possession-Marijuana 1st. Holste was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Jeff Edgar, 27, of Atlantic, was arrested on September 22nd on a Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge for Public Intoxication. Edgar was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on a Guilty Plea.
Gaven McMillin, 21, of Red Oak, was arrested on September 23rd on a Warrant for Child Endangerment-Bodily Injury. McMillin was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
