The National Weather Service in Des Moines issued a Flash Flood Warning for central Guthrie County at around 4:18 this morning. Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between three and five inches of rain have fallen, with isolated amounts that may have exceeded six inches. Some of those locations included Guthrie Center, Panora, Lake Panorama, Dexter, and Diamondhead Lake.
