(Adair Co.) Four arrests were reported in Adair County last week.
Clayton Carl Albrecht, 34, of Truro, was arrested following an accident at the 85 mile marker of I-80 eastbound on September 8th involving a SUV that hit a semi and went into the ditch. Following an investigation, Albrecht, the driver of the SUV, was charged with OWI 1st Offense, Driving Under Suspension, Failure to Maintain Control, and Open Container – Driver. Bond was set at $1,300 cash or surety. Albrecht was released on bond the following day.
Jon Eric Muselman, 57, of Osceola, was cited and released on September 9th following a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of S Broad Street and W Division Street in Orient. Muselman was charged with OWI 1st Offense and Failure to Obey Stop/Yield Sign.
Patricia Ann Denson, 68, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, was arrested on September 10th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and Prescription Drug Violation. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety. Denson was released on bond the following day.
Sabrina Sue Winkelmann, 40, of Fontanelle, was arrested on September 13th for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety. Winkelmann was released on bond later that day.
