(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ismael Alejandro Cerpa Huerta, 29, of Monticello, on August 7th on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, enticing a minor under the age of 16, four counts of dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors, and grooming. Cerpa Huerta was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Paige Renee Rebarcak, 38, of Walnut, was arrested on August 9th for OWI – 1st offense. Rebarcak was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Gary Lynn Kent, 68, of Clarinda, was arrested on August 10th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kent was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Christian Monreal Sempek, 30, of Elliott, was arrested on August 10th on a warrant for failure to appear. Sempek was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
