(Council Bluffs) Council Bluffs Police and Council Bluffs Fire & Rescue responded to 1629 Avenue B at 7:31 Friday morning for a man down. Officers and medics found the male to be deceased. Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were then called to the scene to investigate.
The male party was identified as 19-year-old Dylan Hall of Council Bluffs. This investigation is in its very early stages.
