(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports the arrest of 20-year-old Nathan Lee Novotny of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street.
According to the report, Novotny had an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of failure to affix a drug tax stamp and a controlled substance violation.
Officers transported Novotny to the Union County Jail and held him on a $7,000 cash or surety bond.
