(Atlantic) The Atlantic girls’ swim team won’t begin practice until August 18, but Head Coach Cambry Miller is still hoping to add at least two more swimmers to the 2025 roster. So far, eight student-athletes have committed to the team for the upcoming season.
Miller acknowledges the Trojans will have a young team this season, with most of the roster consisting of freshmen and sophomores.
Coach Miller says the eight committed swimmers are passionate about the sport and motivated to succeed.
Coach Miller says the goal is to build the roster to ten swimmers, noting there are one or two students currently considering joining and just waiting to commit.
Coach Miller says there are seven meets on the schedule, with the first competition set for September 2 at Perry. The Trojans have three home meets scheduled for September 30, October 14, and October 28.
