(Ames, IA) — Iowa St. is preparing for a new season that starts early with their trip to Ireland to play Kansas St. The Cyclones will be looking for production on both of their lines — on the offensive side Tyler Miller will be key. The 6’9″ 335 pound senior from Scranton, IA and Greene County started all 14 games last year at right tackle and Head Coach Matt Campbell says Miller is a great story
Miller chose Iowa St. over Virginia, Minnesota, Nebraska and others to stay closer to home. After redshirting in 2020, he played in only four games on special teams in his freshman season and then made 10 starts at left tackle as a sophomore in 2022. The last two seasons, he has been a fixture on the right side and Campbell says his leadership is invaluable
Iowa St. will play Kansas St. in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, August 23 — you can hear the Cyclones all season long on KSOM.
