(Audubon Co) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Patrick Jensen, 53, of Audubon, on July 10th on a Failure to Appear Warrant. He was seen by the magistrate and later released on his own recognizance.
Gage Spencer, 29, of Audubon, was arrested on July 20th on a charge of Violation of a No Contact Order. He appeared before the magistrate and was held until he later posted bond.
Andrew Hauger, 18, of Kimballton, was arrested on July 26th on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance- 1st offense and Used or Expired Drug Tax Stamp. He was released on his own recognizance and will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office cited and released Jacob Jens, 31, of Avoca, on July 8th on a charge of Driving While Barred. He will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
Bri’ana Fuller, 22, of Omaha, was cited and released on July 23rd on a Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana 1st. She will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
