(Atlantic) The Nishna Valley Family YMCA is inviting area families to beat the summer heat and connect through faith, fun, and fellowship at its upcoming “Praise by the Pool” event on Wednesday, August 6th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Sunnyside Pool, located at 1000 Sunnyside Lane in Atlantic.
Part of the YMCA’s Faith & Family Series, the event promises an evening of uplifting entertainment, poolside games, and community connection. Attendees can enjoy music from a Christian DJ, participate in an ice cream social, and compete in games like PUTTERBALL and cornhole. Of course, there will be plenty of time for splashing and swimming in the pool.
“Praise by the Pool” highlights the YMCA’s mission to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all, offering families a fun and meaningful way to spend time together.
Admission is $5 per person or $10 per family, and everyone is welcome.
