The Dutch advance to the finals for the first time in school history and are now 24-12 on the season. ADM is now 28-9 and will play in the third place game tomorrow.

North Polk has 15 hits with everybody in the line up getting at least one. Alex Mohlke had a perfect day at the plate and Ava Husak hit her 11th HR of the season as the Comets make it to the finals in their 19th state tournament appearance. North Polk is 36-5 while the Lancers fall to 30-12.
Class 5A Semifinals
#1 Waukee Northwest 11, #4 Ankeny Centennial 3
The Wolves had 11 hits including Aunya Van Zetten going 4-4 with a HR, double, 4 RBI and 2 runs. scored. Waukee NW is now 39-5 and won the state title in 2022 — they have been in the state tournament the last four years in a row. Centennial falls to 33-10.
#2 Marion Linn Mar 8, #6 Cedar Falls 0 (6)
Emily Koranda threw a one hit shutout and had a 2 run double as the Lions advanced to the finals with a 35-6 record. The Tigers are now 31-10.
