Creston Police Report

(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 34-year-old Alex Richard Cunningham on Wednesday for Failure to Appear. Cunningham was taken to the Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $2,400 cash or surety was posted.

Creston Police also cited Nicholas Allen Foltz on Wednesday for Driving While License Suspended. Foltz was released on a Promise to Appear.
